CODE OF CONDUCT and policies/info



  • We represent ourselves as an organization and will not condone actions that do not represent our organization well.  Acting in a disorderly manner will not be tolerated.
  • We appreciate the time that our volunteer coaches and workers put in to make the league possible, along with our umpires and officials.  These people donate a lot of their time, we need to realize that bad calls or unideal scenarios will happen at times.  As a parent, player, coach, or fan:  if comments, threats (verbal or physical), vulgar language, or physical harm is our response towards another coach, umpire, or another player for any reason, not just in game, but practice/camp: if officials/coaches feel it is over the line: 

    You are subject to disciplinary action and/or dismissal from any teams and league.  Threats and vulgar language towards umpires, coaches, and other players WILL NOT be tolerated. 

  • Games and practices MAY be held in poor weather conditions.  Any league cancelations will be sent through your coach.  If you do not hear from your coach, plan on playing.
  • Social media presence is a part of our league/teams rec. and travel, I understand that during events, pictures or videos may be taken of practice, camps, games, or events that MAY be posted to social media.
  • Sidney Bats, Bollinger Youth Baseball League, and Bollinger Baseball & Softball Instruction are not responsible for any injury sustained from games, practice, camp, etc.



  • Each Player who accepts offer is committing to our Sidney Bats Organization for the 2025 season
  • Each team has a different season outlook depending on the following factors: (League choice, number of tournaments, indoor facility time, equipment, etc).  Player Fee is determined by total player cost minus individual fundraising goal that all players must hit.  Player fee must be paid in full, or payment plan started by August 10th.
  • Fundraiser will be rolled out in fall at a TBD date, at this point, the deadline will be set.  Families do have the option to opt out of fundraising,  the balance of fundraising must be paid by family if choosing to opt out.
  • Coaches, you are appreciated very much.  Coaches' responsibility include but not limited to: Scheduling, communication with players/families, running practices, communication with fundraising.
